About Grace Kim, MD

With more than 18 years of experience in aesthetics medicine, Grace Kim, MD, is one of the most knowledgeable, skilled, and experienced injectors in Southern California. In her role as the physician at ShotDocMD, she leads a team that provides wide-ranging aesthetics care in Los Gatos, California. 

Dr. Kim specializes in Botox®, dermal fillers, microneedling, platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) facial rejuvenation, Kybella®, and other noninvasive and nonsurgical treatments that revitalize the face without surgery or downtime. With her unique understanding of facial anatomy and artistic skills, Dr. Kim creates gorgeous results that her patients love. 

Dr. Kim earned her medical degree at McGill University in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. She went on to David Geffen School of Medicine at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) in Los Angeles, California, to complete post-medical school training in anesthesiology. She completed a pediatrics residency program at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, also in LA.

Additionally, Dr. Kim completed a residency in anesthesiology at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. Today, Dr. Kim continues to practice anesthesiology in the operating room alongside her thriving aesthetics practice at ShotDocMD. 

Dr. Kim is passionate about giving her patients great results, and she continues to expand her skills so her patients benefit from the most leading-edge techniques and products.
